Misleading Article
by Rajiv Saikia on Mar 25, 2008 06:22 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

In the abstarct published above, it is only mentioned that 'the author notes that till 1914 Tibet was recognised as an independent country'. So on what basis is Advani is said to lay blame on Nehru for ruining Tibet's case? On the hand Advani is said to claim that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had written a letter warning Nehru to beware of Chinese's true intentions and that they were not to be trusted. Sardar Patel was of course to be proven right by the Chinese invasion of 1962, which left Nehru shell shocked. This is a case of near yellow journalism, a blatant attempt to malign a national leader for words he has not even spoken. Very cheap and inexoribly poor Rediff....

Mr. Intellectual,

Difference is between Tibet being independent country vs giving away to his Chinese communist uncles. What it's you don't understand?

Can't you read? Is Advani quoted as blaming Nehru for giving away to China? Question is simple.... where in the above published article is Advani quoted or said to blame Nehru for the Tibetan crisis? Read the article carefully....you too will catch on to the double standard of this piece of shit......
