These Naxalite sympathisers and activists no doubt have a wide reach across the world and go to any extent and any kind of gimmick to secure the release of Naxalite activists.

How do you know he is a Naxalite. Can you do better for the poor miners in question then Dr Binayak Sen. I bet you would not even know where to start. If he was guilty why wasn't he charged and brought to trail, why imprison him for a year with out trail. Is it that some corrupt government officer or police officer was demanding cash from him and he refused. The possibility is there since it is INDIA, and in INDIA any thing is possible. If possible indians will corrupt god as well.

And how do you know he is not a naxalite. Do you have better info than the courts and police there. Why even supreme court rejected his bail plea after due consideration. Also there are thousands of such undertrials who languish in jails without a charge and possibly innocent too. Why so much hue and cry for only this guy. Why not demand for the entire criminal/judicial system to be reformed. Why not organise mass protests by Nobel laurettes and 100s of organisations to improve the entire criminal jurispudence in India.

All this is a perfect example of how our Govt is failing in taking care of poor and under-privileged. When Govt fails, ppl work on their own and do lots of things, both good and bad. Dr Sen is a person who did lot of good (his healthcare initiatives speak volumes about his intensions), but at the same time he might have taken law in his own hand due to frustration against the Govt and local leaders. What a shame, Our politicians are turning good ppl into bad. How long this will continue?? Even now our politicians are not even a bit concerned about all this. They are the real cause of good ppl turning bad. Our country does not deserve democracy, where ppl sell votes for a TV and a liquor bottle. Sometimes I feel that chinese are much better as their leadership doesn't care bout democracy, but do care bout their ppl.

Yes agree with you. Democracy is not suitable for India where all kinds of idiots come to power and misuse it. A spell of army rule should be a wonderful antidote for this malaise I think.
We know he is not a naxalite because some of us are following his 25 years of Good service to poor tribals.
A gold-medal Doctor moving to remote tribal area and work for 25 years selflessly, is oen day suddenly becomes Naxal? Please know tht Court listens to Govt's false affidavits and Witnesses. AND IMPORTANTLY, court hasnt ruled him guilty or anything yet. so, just save it.
We are confident that soon he will be released by the judiciary but please think of few years of his false imprisonment and the negative impact on health of unfortunate tribals of chattisgarh?
Can Govt give his years back or will at least send a Good doctor to those areas in these areas?

I have asked this question earlier too since you seem like a 160-IQ person, maybe you can answer it?
Imagine this scenario, a person serves needy and downtrodden people for 50 years but is arrested for murder and abetment. Should this person be freed of his murder charges just because he served the needy people for 50 years?
you 300-IQ person please imagine this scenario, Gandhi one day was arrested and said he was supporting British clandestinely and was responsible for delay in Independence.
Will you believe in that obviously FALSE state argument and ask for incarcerating Gandhi to life/death or fight against the injustice?
Choice is everyone! Let corrupt politicians use 'Fear-factor' to oppress anyone they wish or act just?
Knowing Dr. Sen personally, he is the most humble human being who can't think of hurting anyone, forget killing people. Also, know thet he was even charged only as Maoist messenger, not fighter.

Prem, thanks for your snide remarks. Why don't you answer the question, would you free the murderer just because he served the needy people for eons.
Hohoho, humble person, super gymnast, can break bricks with little finger are emotional rants. Request you to read more on the background of this Douchebag Sen, he was not only a messenger (btw, messenger of an enemy is an enemy too) but was acting as a Naxal spokesman.(Narayan Sanyal episode).
