Yes, Mr. Sasidhar. Yes!

Anyone who stands up for Human rights, stands up for poor displaced Tribals are Moists. What a convienient labelling!!!

When one member of your family/friend is unjustly arrested, you fight for them [and claimed to be hero in community] but when other good man gets arrested, you will conviniently label him terrorist, without even trying to understand the truth.

hell with people like you.

Prem, why don't you stand up for innocent tribal women and kids when they are killed by naxal leftist terrorists? Why no international protests or aa-maran anshan's (fast unto death) against naxalite leftie filth? It is simple because poor tribals are just pawns in the hands of 'human(read, naxal) rights' activists who want to use and kill them if it gets them 'power'. Be ready to be paid back in the same coin and no cares a bit about your sentiments.

People enjoy the bloodshed. PUCL does not open mouth when when balst occur, but they will start once protecting the suspects to prevent them being caught. Premkumar u r blood thirsty hate monger! U people do not deserve any human treatment. U people shall be put in extracting machine.

Japjit Singh, Your logic is heavily skewed and unreasonable. Very old cliched - when someone works on one effort, you ask them why not other things?

PUCL as an organization works on preserving Individual Human rights. When state- which is supposed to be working for the people, voted by the people, accountable to people- openly flaunts the basic right of an individual, organizations like PUCL and Human Rights Forum fight for this. These voices of tribals which will NEVER be heard otherwise.

It is ridiculous that PUCL should fast against Maoists? Maoists are banned organization which acts by itself and are not accountable to anyone. Everyone hates their violence but PUCL cannot argue reasonably about Human rights to Maoists. They don't care and there will be no results.

If your argument is that PUCL should protect lives of tribals only from Naxals and when state oppress them, they should not interfere, this is just a laughing-stock.

Sasidhar, It is hard to argue with fear-mongering, bush-type 'smoke-em-out couwboys' like you, who care a hair for lives of poor tribals. If you want to close your eyes and falsely believe Chattisgarh state is not oppressing thousands & thousands of tribals, through Salwa Judum, you are living in a fantasy world.
NONE here is supporting MAOISTS. We hate their violence but dont link innocent with Naxals and incarcerate them under black laws.

PUCL Jaipur is actively working in Jaipur to provide long term support to balst affected victims. Chec

Prem, read again what you have written since you are confused with the whole issue. As you said, PUCL works to preserve individual human rights. OK so far. What happens when PUCL jokers like Binayak Sen are themselves colluding with banned and outlawed Naxal filth? I see a collaboration of underground Naxal lefties with overground sympathizers in PUCL. How can PUCL protect the common man's rights when its top-dog is hand in glove with naxalites. Hope, I made it clear.
