In the above write up, nowhere mentioned about rejection of bail petition by the Supreme Court, the issue taken up by CPI delegation under Bardhan's leadership to PM, fresh pettion filed by Sachar to amend the law itself in favour of the maoist. Half truth is nothing but deception. What a honest human right activism it is?

Dear Friend,
Chattisgarh government used false argument in Supreme court saying they have "incriminating" evidence against Dr. Sen and claimed leaving him out will be "dangerous". No one can explain what this humble doctor, who served 25 years, can possibly do.
Also, TWO very important facts: 1. Judge simply denied bail in judgment is "Binayak Sen bail is denied" while usually a reason is mentioned in the judgement. Why NOT this time? 2. Justice who handled the case was "state-guest" for a week just 2 days before handlign Binayak's case. Ring any BELL?
Please know that Supreme court has not made any decision; it has only agreed to State govt's interim argument and denied bail.
Justice will PREVAIL finally and i know all of you by then will be saying Supreme court has been bought by Naxals.
