Law is never a deterrent, it helps the system to punish the guilty. If that is the case then all crimes should stop since we have laws. So, should all the laws be revoked like POTA since they are not eradicating crime ????
The attacks which you mentioned during the NDA rule were to show that the terrorists are belligerent. L K Advani as Home minister worked extensively towards destruction of ISI modules in the country.
Since 2004 when UPA came to power, the terror modules have established themselves firmly into the country because of the lack of governance by the congress people. They were making merry in the corridors of power rather than rooting out terrorism.
Since UPA came to power the terrorists are targeting common people & doing blasts everywhere. Remember the New Delhi blasts, even after so many years there is not even a single clue who did that ?. WHY ???? what is the delhi police of central govt doing. Isn't the congress govt responsible for the callousness in finding out the perpretrators of the blasts rather than blaming BJP.....
What is the home minister doing ?. He is only busy telling the states that blasts may happen so that when they happen he can say that we warned you & you didn't act. It is a very nature of the congress party to pass on the blame to others.

Yes that why Advani was all praises for Jinnah, How many terror modules did BJP broke, whatever it is no terrorist had reached Indian parliament but they reached the Indian parliament during NDA rule. Its not just the responsibility of center its also responsibility of each and every state to maintain their security, how can be any state so careless even when an high alert was declared how did this extremists slip through. Don be biased ans sketch attacks on anybody its a failure in totality be it the center or be it the State.

Its impossible for any law enforcement agency to keep watch on 1 billion population. A person who blew himself in the blast how can any law stop that. You can only increase the number of checkpost. You need to be united, calm and vigilant to counter terrorism. We can't even provide food to 20% below poverty line people, how we can provide security to each of them.
