The terrorists are on back-foot! Even though they want to show that they are active, they are not able to get the real stuff (like RDX), but resorting to fertilizers.. We will endure this as well..

In other way to look at is...making bombs has become so easy and this may lead to sevior problems, if check has not been provided properly. Security measures needs to be tightened.
We may need to a more sevior laws to counter such non-senses. But keeping check on this will not be mis-used
