anyone can put a bomb in a crowded local train in mumbai at will.. the population n systems are beyond repair now.. the only way it can be stopped is at the intelligence level before it is executed.. otherwise.. no chance once the plan is in motion..

many times cops are more interested in wat's on ur mobile.. n memory card if they stop u rather than ur belongings.. Well.. sure shot way of earning a quick buck if they find something..
