Arjuna was also in the same delimma like we hindus are now...so we kill our fellow Muslim brothers.
"It not you versus they...its good versus bad."
Same way, its not about Hindus V Muslims its about Good V Bad.
Know your duties toward your society...you have lived enough for youself...now live for your countrymen.

Krishna says to do ones duty, that is to destroy injustice, not kill civilians, like jihadis are doing all over the world.
