....the rumors of the NDA's bags of tricks is even more starnge....apparently they have told the UNPA and some fence sitters that in case the UPA fails then the NDA would support one of their candidates for the PM's role from the outside....so that's quite a bait for the likes of Mayavathi or whoever else to become a PM for the balance tenure of this Loksabha....

It is better elections are held earlier than make persons like Mayawati as PM. Mayawati has to first come clean from the Supreme Court which has ordered her prosecution.

If two MPs defy out of three, it will be called a split and not defection!!! That is the law.In any case, they will get either DMK or Cong.tickets if elections are to be held, whenever.

The MDMK has and su 4 MPs out of which two split awaypport the DMK. According to law, to avoid anti-defection, there should be at least a 50% split in the party.

If 1/3rd of the members defy the whip and state that they have formed a separate party, it does'nt attract anti-defection law. The speaker has to recognise that section as a separate party and they do not lose their membership.

What a joke 2 MPs can break the party by half and they decide Indias governence. Sonia and Singh what are you doing to India
