states like uttarpradesh,madhyapradesh,bihar,orissa are the curse of India....without these states india would have become a rich country..the fools in these states will never learn and be in their current form for ever..donate theses states to china or pakistan...indians can't manage them..only criminals can save them..

If that is the case then how come your kallu mallus are the official beggar boys of India? In the gulf countries how come you find mallus and dogs everywhere? How come all the nurses in states like UP and Bihar are mallu girls? If your mallu state is so developed, how come you guys run away to any state which will take you?
