This is one funny department that raises alarms when the blood bath is over. before this, they all go in a good slumber. can someone slap them hard to be AWAKE and do the job. i willl not be surprised if today they wake up and say heavy rains expected tomorrow, and there will be NO rain clouds (not even one) to be seen in the skies....hahaha-- this is the height of ridicule..... must be shared as a nice joke in schools...

Delhi had a fair amount of rains during the entire month of May and early june. one fine morning, the met department said that the Monsoon has arrived in Delhi - a good 15 days or so in advance, and said it is a sort of record in the recent years.
And from the next day onwards, till today, Delhi is sweating it out. No rain at all. Only clouds and unbearable humidity! Had they not uttered anything, Delhi would have perhaps got good rainfall this year.

Dear you will have to slap each and every department that is suppose to keep the City Wprking. Do you find any visible work of BMC's working at any given point of time.
Things will not work unless the people are made accountable for their deeds.

I'm agreed with you. I have also noticed this that when they say that there will be heavy rain it doesn't rain and vice versa. When it will start raining they will say that it will continue for few days more but reverse happens in most of the cases.
