Mumbai rains

why should academic sessions begin in July. Can we not have Monsoon holidays instead of Summers. Is anybody thinking.

While i was sitting in the Auto today on way to office, I was thinking aboiut it. If we can fac esuch trouble reaching office, think of the children. COmmon the authorities shoudl listen to it.
