Every frog thinks the well he is living is the best,and rather there are no worlds around. For him, the Well is everything. His life starts in the well and ends there.
So is your case Shaan. You have seen your Haryana, and may be Delhi and few sorrounding states (which others call as cow-belt). There is nothing wrong for you to feel good about Haryana. Chant the above mantra 'Haryana isthe best State among all the States in INdia' atleast 108 times every day. You will attain 'moksha'

Chandigarh is undoubtedly the most well planned city in India... But that hardly qualifies Haryana to become the best state in India...
