Exactly. On the Western line there is no water logging till Mahim and on the Central line there is no water logging till Sion starts. Mumbai was officially till these limits and well devloped by Britishers. Our corrupt politicians and administrators have grown Mumbai exponentially without caring about proper drainage and sewage facilities. The political parties fund-raisers, the builders have made the situation much worse by dumping the construction waste however and wherever they want. Mumbaikars are famous for their resilience and time and again their resilience is stretched to unbelievable limits at the expense of corrupt and useless politicians who warm their behinds in A/C offices with people's money. May be the British built the excellent infrastructure for their own comfort but we have to take notice of that. 100 year old bridges in Mumbai are still as strong as before but a year old bridge already has more potholes than craters on the moon. Its a shame indeed
