It is a well known fact whatever these people achieve out of Breaking States is fulfillment of own aspirations. This fellow shall only succeed to be a CM and othe fellow Beurocrats a Higher position Babudom.
This is what has happened in Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Uttaranchal. I really do not know what shall be achieved by creating more bits and pieces sticking together in this country of ours.
