When proposal was put to form separate Andhra Pradesh from Madras state including Hyderabad state and coastal andhra a commission was formed under the supervision of chief justice of supreme court,INDIAN REPUBLIC. He stated that Hyderabad state(Telangana) should not be mixed into coastal andhra for reasons as follows: 1. Telangana people are backward and they doesnt have proper education (with urdu as primary media of education)under the rule of nizam,where as andhra people have good english education under the rule of British (Madras state).If you combine them then there is a probability that all the govt jobs will be grabed by andhra people only.....(and it happend) 2.Telangana state is rich ,and andhra is poor in revenue because British took away the money..so if u combine then there is a probability of fund misuse (prediction came true). 3.Main revers flow from telangana to andhra (since telangana is in high attitude) water problem may occur if proper projects are not constructed ....(main reason for suicides of telangana formers now).
SO he give report mentioning not to combine both states...
