I can't even discuss my work related issues with my parents because I fear that it might add to their stresses. So I generally keep my mouth shut or tell blatant lies to paint a rosy picture in front of them.

No girl friend. No friends who are really close. Yeah, with colleagues sometimes I speak frankly. Counselors only give lectures. Not really useful.

well said buddy! Practice Yoga and listen plenty of music. India has a rich repository of greatest music on the earth - the classical music. Not the Bollywood trash.
