This is the problem. When there was no rain, everyone was worried there was no rain. When there's rain, everyone's worried now there is heavy rain. The problem is we dont try to find any permanent , practical solutions to our problems. When there is a problem, we panic and suffer. We dont make any attempt to solve it permanently. After a few days, everything will be forgotten. Come next year, this will happen again. There will be either drought due to lack of rainfall or floods. The streets will be flooded again, houses will collapse and people will panic and suffer. Nothing will be solved. At least till we find permanent solutions instead of worrying for the time being and forgetting later. This is the case for most things in India. Everyone's whining now that we havent won a medal in Olympics. After the event is over, everything will be forgotten. Same with terror attacks, train accidents and pretty much everything else in India.

Mr. Ramu, you bought up many issues....what are you doing about them? I know you will reply me that atleast you are trying to do something or atleast bringing it to someone's attention. Thats all you people can do.
