When one place is affected by heavy rain fall, another place doesnt get enough water for its crops.

We should come with a new water projects connecting all the rivers of India. This will make things better

As a first step, instead of thinking big, Every state should identify and draw up plans to link all the rivers and streams within the state. This way the project will not get struck with agitations and spat between states. Even this one act will save the country from water crisis.

Sir,you are right on a large scale,but if we can harvest the rain water by not letting the rain water go into the gutter(naala)then we will not face a draught situation which is expected in the comming days.

we have heavy rains followed by famine....
