Yes.. Its a matter of pride for us Indians that China is asking for advice on security from India...but what is not understandable is this...
Why India is not taking advice from an Indian called Mr.B.Raman ?
When another country can take this great man's advice...what are we doing when we have this gentleman who is our own countryman ? Why is security so pathetic in India and why so many bombs are regularly found and so many attacks happen year after year in many cities ?

Indian govt don’t understand of potential of our intelligent icons, for example KPS Gill was invited to sri lanka to advise overcome LTTE.
He is also consulted extensively in India, and his expert adice has been taken in many post bomb-blast analysis and in many high security events, there is a selective population who have mastered this and our Mr Raman is one among them. Please dont say that Mr Raman should proactively detect every possible threat. Ha ha. Good that China has taken his help in this regard. But above all Mr Raman, never leave out your Nationality even if it is words.
