Dear Prime minister, Really if you are concerned for SC/ST/OBC-- Pl. resign and set the parliament first according to Quota.First, Prime Minister post should be from SC/ST/OBC.Maintain quota for NDA. Keep quota for AIIMS hospitalisation. All Ministers should be treated in only Govt. Hospitals. Is it acceptable to you as a well wisher for backwards.
