What doea Rajinikanth mean by this statement? - ""I am not an unwise person to pass remarks that offend the sentiments of people of Karnataka."

1. Was he under some compulsion to take tamil's side
2. Are does he mean Tamil people are unwise enough to undestand his statement?

I proud to be Hindu, so i speak Hindi and live in Hindustan, Jise Hindu, Hindi aur Hindustan passand nahi wo is desh ko chor ke bhag jao....
