Yes, in its North Western prvince where majority are muslim,a nd demanding separation.

But china deals with it with iron hand. It screws terrorists upside down:)-

Unlike in kashmir, its allowing a demographic change in its NW province. Thus it will resolve in a decade or two.

Briefly during the Cultural Revolution, Chinese Muslims were not allowed to attend the Hajj,and only did so through Pakistan,
