Gujarat is not moving because of Modi, it is moving because of the industrious people of Gujarat. Gujaratis are very progressive economically. But there development is restricted to economy, as far as human values are concerned they would rank in power with Islamic radicals or even the nazis, a sane and healthy society can never produce such a leader atleast in a democracy.
