Deve Gowda became PM of india by accident owing to the Third Rate Politics of the so-called Third Front. He behaved [and continues to behave] like the CM of india and PM of Karnataka. He and his Family represents the Degeneration of Politics in India. The day he is Politically made a ZERO we can call ourselves an evolving Democracy. [there are other such leaders in Plenty in India, mostly belonging to the 3rd and 4th Front]
