There was a famous lawyer called "Mulloor" in British Malabar. People of that time used to say "if you have Mulloor and Rs. 1000 you can commit a murder and get away scot-free! Our Judicial system has not changed much in all these years. We are still following the laws enacted by the Colonial masters!
