army officer you mean an educated person doing illegal activities should not be hanged and an illiterate person doing illegal activities should be hanged.

And what about thsoe who are educated and doing such things? Like your PM compromising on national security and interest in pressure of communists? then he should be hanged multiple times..becuase he is more responsible entity of the society being an educated literate person!
