i think that if congress gets majority on its own, then it might deliver the goods. or atleast try to. but only if they develop grass roots workers. not dynasty politics and durbar culture. at least if they come on their own, they can rid off the loony left, and parochialists like karunanidhi and lalloo and ramdoss etc
