Who invented caste and casteism? Who deliberately kept vast majority illiterate? They have just begun to pay the price. So all this will go on for a very long time. The process of caste-based ethnic cleansing all over India due to quotas, caste-based elections, shrinking water table and shortage of women due to widespread female infanticide has begun. Soon we can expect Hindu-Muslim riots and caste-riots in London, Paris, New York, Sydney... wherever Indians follow caste. Some future VS Naipaul can write a book called "CASTE-BASED ETHNIC CLEANSING: A MILLION BOSNIAS NOW". The West will lap it up and make it a bestseller... And also BAN Indians from entering Western countries. GOODBYE H1B VISA!!! After all, who wants Hindu-Muslim riots and caste-riots in their country? I am sure that if any government stops CASTE-BASED reservations at this point, there will be all-India caste riots all over India!!! So no government can dare to stop caste-based reservations. So caste-based reservations will never go away as long as elections are fought on the basis of caste and as long as caste-based discrimination exists. Next volcano is the 200 Special Exploitation Zones (SEZ) for which organised Nandigram-type land grabs are going on all over India. India will be called a SWEEPERPOWER very soon.

The existing custom and belief of majority of people can't be ruled out by violating it with rights and powers. if ravi is a minister he is liable to stick the custom and he can assume if he broke the system. why he is trying or breaking the belief even after knowing the consequences as minister? why he married a lady of other caste if he strictly believes in temples? doesnt he aware of all these consequences???

Fool. Caste is not by birth. It is based on conduct and qualities ("guna karma vibagaso). Read Bhagvad Gita. Manu made "classes" based on qualities and deeds into "castes" in that rubbish book called Manu Smriti.

Mr. Anandkumar, Now come to ur point majority of people. If majority of people select a government and it implements reservation policy u people crying it is vote bank politics. but, now u r saying belief of majority of people can't be ruled out. Don't u feel it is funny? Which god says a non believer should not enter into a temple? which god allows VIP dharshan in temples? is ur god only for upper cast? remove this odiotic things in temples then there will be no conversion
