It is good tha highly placed in society are facing the burnt of ANTI DOWRY ACT now. earlier CM of Haryana, Advani, a Judge of SC had also tasted the taste of this act. Many old person, dauther in laws and other family menmbers have suffered becoz of this peculiar law which was enacted by Indira Gandhi just because she wa ANTI MEN!
Now judiciary shud see to it that Arjun shud shud be treated in same manner as a ordinary is treated i.e. jail along with his relataives etc
If few such cases are forced on these policy makers only then absurdity of this law can be realised by these idiots and they will take step to undo it

Are you talking about LK Advani? Because I searched and couldnt find any report stating there is any anti-dowry case against Advani. Kindly provide the link for the same.

Yes, it is correct. His dauther in law accused him of tourture, dowary and using his position as home minister and then great joker Lallo jumped in fray. You will have to search for news papers.
Haryana CM Hudda has also faced music. But they are big people. Think of comman man

Case was not registered and that was the grudge of the woman that Advani used his position as home minister. Later divorce of his son Jayant took place and he got remarried again.
I am not blaming Advani but trying to underline that 498a is being used by educated woman and their parents to harras their husban and inlaws. No one even in dream can think of that a person like Advani can ask for Dowary and can harras the daught in law. This act must go but for now Arjun shud be put behind bar

Dear Vinay If you think person like Advani can not ask for Dowary. By same logic there will be thousand other who will say we don't think Arjun can not ask for Dowery.

Abbas , I believ that even Arjun might not have asked. These case only high light the way this law 498a is being misused
