i know ,that not only congress or so called pesudo secular parties will not hesitate to give mercy or free hand to minorities because of vote bank, if they do they will loose their position.come whatever may, but minority and terorist should be spared by upa govt.Congress has done nothing for other communities since independance.now everybody can watch on tv their clarification on this note of ex .prez.yanhan sab chalta hai bhai.
