As per you he should have asked for the papers to be sent to him as he was ready for signing them....
Or he should have spoken to press for these papers.....
Was his level equivalent to Laloo Prasad / Mani Shankar Aiyer etc....
If something is not received - It is the fact....
Go to Sonia Gandhi and ask this question.
You might remember once Jagmohan was made LG of J&K when Benazir Bhutto was PM of Pak and Rajiv Gandhi of India. she said I will make Jagmohan - Bhagmohan. She spoke to Rajiv Gandhi and Jagmohan was removed.
So it is the trugh of Congress Party....
Have courage and do not report this message as abuse....(to any one - congress party or late Sh. Rajiv Gandhi) - this is the well known fact.

As a President of India, he has to follow a certain protocol and cannot criticise like our useless politicians. Now he is free from the post, he is free to put his thoughts in words. There is no issue in that.

If he had spoken during Presidency, you must have told him to be political and opportunist. He has clearly judged how people change colors like chameleons.

Because a president can not make a political statement while in office goes against the grain of presidency and Kalam Saheb is true honest man
