If kalam did not receive papers why did he not disclose this earlier when bal thakre was criticising him for delaying afzals hanging ? maybe then NDA would have supported him. why was he quiet them ? was it because of UP elections or sonia's gag order ? All's not well with missile man.

Clearly a point we all have... He should have spoken, and demanded the application from shivraj patil... No need to justify it now, when you are out of presidency, and now are only a profesor.. Shiv Sena would have voted for Shivraj Patil, for him being maharashtrian, totally disregarding that he is holding back afzal's hanging on behest of his master, Sonia Gandhi... Shiv Sena is a Joke.. I cannot wait for Bal Thackery to depart... Udhav thackery will be taken care through political pressure, and BJP will then supremely rein in Maharashtra... Maharashtra pride is okay, but not at the expense of the nation..
