It is the right judgement. But there are lot of chances to appeal then apeal then apeal up to Sprement court of India. It is our Bad system....So, No use.

well, justice should be made like in singapore where you appeal against the judgement You get punishment get doubled at the Higher court. Indian goverment should look to change the judiciary.

Excellent suggestion my friend, I totally agree with you. The current system of appealing to higher courts is stupid.
