WELL its good to hear for us indians that we test fired another missile....yes we shud be proud..but has anyone thought what actually it takes to test fire a missile (after so many hours of hard work)....and wat it takes to properly implement that missile in the defence forces and produce it on a scale so it comes to need at times of war etc etc....
india has all the resources to do it..but we are still not capable of producing missile on a large scale and also to implement it in forces preperly....so chill out guys .... those who are saying we shud stop brain drain. and work here in india...and other bla bla bla......the main thing is there are people who want to work in india and that too not at high salaries..but still dont get opportunity to work there....

no i.a.s officer from bottom to top rank wants that salary of engineers,doctors and scientists shall be higher then them.they are the uncrowned king in india.our leaders are not up to the mark.solely our leaders depend on them for scams.even army officers who lay their lives for the country should draw less salary then them.many able people don't want to join defence forces.i do not think that any time in future the second rate persons in army can defend this country.no i.a.s officer shall be appointed on civilian duty unless he has gone training under defence forces.most of the bureacrats are highly corrupt.news papers are full of their stories.these missile technology is out dated.america,russia,france,even china have much better technology compared to us.our scientists are handicapped for want of funds.look towards their salaries.all want to migrate to u.s.a.this is why america is the richest country in the world.all new technologies flows from them.they are in competitive mood always.what we should do.i suggest hand over defence equipment and aircraft manufacturing to private sector.if not 100% private then have joint partenership.we are 30 years behind america in even small technical developments.there is no original research work in india.leaders are elected by playing the card of backward,forward.sc/st/obc.merit is not recognised.only GOD takes care of this country.
