Its really surprising to see rediff posting articles like this..
Let it allow some kashmiri people post their sad story at this site.. i hope, rediff will give a chance..
But this article is completely in distaste..
They are responsible for their own fate, and they should reform themselves.. If they made sure that none of their member triggers another bomb, then there will be peace for ever.
I just ask this author to compare his position with those of kashmiri pundits.
