The only true point in this post is the confession of what Aurangzeb did to Hindus. Coming from a Muslim, this confession is quite surprising.
The fear of the next riot seems to be imaginary and probably to some extent the creation by the "Secularists". For the record, there has hardly been any riot after the 2002 riots. Totally different from the situation pre-Modi.
Coming to the issue of civic development, whatever has been stated is more or less the same in all cities. There is no meaning in singling out Gujarat. Neither is it specifically targeted at Muslim dominated areas anywhere in India.
This post seems to be another exercise in Modi-bashing. Like BVR Murthy mentioned in his comment, this is the wrong time for a post like this.

About Aurangzeeb, read the old books then u will find true about the Aurangzeeb. His Prime Minister was Hindu, His ministers was hindus. He never took public money, he wrote Holy books and selling that books and using that money.
