Congress mentioned in their manifesto that they will remove poverty. How? That mean they will prosper government in other word will make life good for people. The same way modi has put the same in other words you give me lotus (BJP government) I will give Laxmi ( Wealth ) in term of prosper governance.

In this country what ever BJP does it is wrong and what other parties does it is right. Please open your eyes and evaluate on every stapes and not on one ?

Complaint for what? If Modi promises prosperity for Gujarat, then Congress lodges a complaint with CEC? Only Congress can make promises, others are not supposed to?

A complaint with sole objective as publicity and deluding those who can be deluded - as far as the understanding goes. If you prefer to keep quite when major decisions are made you can - we won't.
