What Foreign Policy are we talking about. Kissing Russia's back, Letting China build roads in our land while we flirt with others wife in Kashmir Lake?

Did we even have a foreign policy? So what are we loosing. Instead of kissing a communist back we are now kissing a capitalist back. So what is the difference. Taste?

americans. they tried to stop India's space and missile programmes, did not sell super coumputers till we devolped Param, and sanctiions against India when we exploded nuclear bombs.
Better to believe Russia and Iran.
