Please create special ministry called Terrorist Affairs and make Haneef the Cabinet Ranking Minister. This is the best job you can offer him. He can be a guiding force for the future Terrorists from Karnataka and can advice how to get of the legal loopholes of the Stupid Democratic Western Systems.
Womanmohan Singh, HMV, please advice all you Congress States to adopt the same principle of Karnataka for setting the Terrorist Affairs and you can open in your ministry also.
