Haneef's case must serve like an eye-opener for Indian Govt(and K'taka govt also).Although Australian cops couldnt finally prove anything against him, we the people and the govt of India must remember that it wasnt FOR NOTHING that AFP took him in custody. It is hi-time the govt stops licking the knees of moslems for votes and takes this matter VERY seriously. Our policy(?) of minority-appeasement, tolerance and lenience and non-violence is rendering the whole system impotent. Better we wake up before these small episodes turn up into full blown cancer in the third stage... We must follow Israel. See how they deal with terrorists or even suspected terrorists! Isnt it better that one innocent(?) suspect dies at the hands of cops rather than he escaping through judicial loopholes and killing hundreds of guaranteedly innocent citizens later??? Even if convicts of Bombay Blasts Case are given death sentences (that too after 14 yrs) it remains to be seen how many of'em are actually hanged and when.We mustn't forget that JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED!!! The only logical answer to the proxy-war of terrorists is "STATE SPONSORED COUNTER-TERRORISM". HINDUSTAN ZINDABAD! VANDE MATARAM! VANDE MATARAM!! VANDE MATARAM!!! BHARAT MATA KI JAI !!!
