we lack political will
by pankaj on Jul 12, 2006 05:45 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Our politicians think that acting against terrorist will displease minorities. Till the time the politicians of this country continue to follow the policies of appeasement india will continue to suffer like this. Where on earth you will find the members of majority community leaving like refugees in their own country.

Friend, hot pursuit etc etc are just words which mean nothing. For the SS it means go after helpless Muslims living in the poorest parts of Mumbai and masacre them. For Advani, who was home minister and deputy PM it means nothing at all. The Pakistanis can enter 10 kms into Indian territory and kill innocent civilians and Army men in Kargil and his govt would indulge in scams over it (the coffin scam is out in the open now). These terrorists can attack our temples, our Parliament and hijack our planes while Mr.Advani would ensure that some dreaded terrorists are released with honour taken in an IA plane by our Jaswant mantri. Some Bangladeshi riflemen will kill and mutilate our BSF jawans and India will voice 'its protest'. Period. Thats hot pursuit. If Advani could not do anything being the most powerful minister in the NDA govt for 8 years, who is to blame? the media? Tch tch.
