"The tragedy with India is that successive governments have ignored one fact of life --India has been at war for many decades now. This is not an enemy who will come at you over the Khyber Pass; this is an invisible enemy who uses your own resources, your own freedoms, your own laxities, to hit at you. If you don't stop him first, he will stop you.".......i agree.....this invisible enemy can do more harm to us than the enemy we can see.

You are absolutley right ARTI, we are in proxy war. To fight this many agencies across the nations should join. Than means a tough leadership, not the guys who change their stance every voting season.

Other way of fighting is build a division in army which is expert in guerilla warfare. Such a division will be more focussed, autonomous less intefered and covert. The basics of the proxy war is fight from inside and live like a civilian.

Dont know why so many so-called learned and highly educated folks cant understand such a basic need. If they already did then lets get it going.

If it is already in process the please make sure that you build something which is effective and not for the name-sake.

Recruit able, young and motivated blood. You will not see results right away but it will be something which will payoff lot more in long run.

India has diverse and talented human capital, use it for this good cause. I think from the time all bueracratic crap and paperwork is done it will take about 3 yrs for a team to be effective and operational. Unlike RAW this team needs to smaller and decentralised with access to national resources. Pretty much like these Terrorist Cell
