Although I agree with the sentiments of the author I don\'t know if going for a full fledged war with Pakistan would be wise.
Look at the US situation - although they went out and proved a point now they are a country of people under a constant state of fear and paranoia. Its akin to catching a tiger by its tail, there\'s not letting go there after. Before we decide to take such a drastic step we need to weigh the pros and cons, notwithstanding the all important fact that the country we are trying to wage a war with is a known nuclear power, unlike the case with the US. Also the country in question is our neighbour and the cross border relations (though never better than strained at best) will never be the same again, again, unlike the case with the US.
As much as I\'d like to see the ones responsible for these acts to be dealt with severely, we need to rationalize our thinking before getting ourselves into something on this scale.
