I support your viewpoint Saisuresh.But there's more to it I guess. A perspective that we need to keep in mind is the no of 'homegrown' terrorists that we seem to possess. None of the other nations, face as much threat from within as probably we do. This weakness is what external agencies exploit in creating terror. How do we identify these 'budding' terror houses and even if we do how do we justify action against them before they have committed an act of terrorism?
