Without an ego problem there's no politician
by Naveen Aysola on Jul 07, 2006 10:54 AM   Permalink

Take it or leave it, there's no politician who does not have an ego problem. This is the best example and it has come out in the limelight since it is covered by the media extensively.
In fact all goverment officials have bloated egos and it happens only when they get a seat of power. Otherwise they are even worse than beggars.
Most people who work for politicians bloat their egos every single day. It does not help when they have followers everytime they go for a felicitation or their constituencies. They have mass following. A mass which has been neglected for decades. Politicians are looked as Gods and it's not just in the south of India but everywhere.
So if a politician who has such mass following is suddenly encountered by a doctor who sticks by his values and decisions, must be really painful.
If he really wants control, he should take up his place and DELIVER at all costs. Deliver in his profession too. Deliver as a politician.
I'm sure he wont have the guts or the skills to take up a challenge like this.
