Who gains if Nepal buys weapons from Pakistan (they readily offered the King of Nepal the weapons when India refused) and China and not from India? China wants to corner India having already gulped Tibet. Pakistan wants to keep its ISI churning in the border states with Nepal thru Madarsas and keep India's communal pot boiling.
