I would held successive Indian govts for the deaths of 1000s of soldiers. It is because of their weak (cowardly) foreign policy and minority appeasing attitude that we lose these soldiers on a daily basis.
But unfortunately I don't think govt. will get these message. The only way to change the govt is either via 'Rang De Basanti' or be part of the govt.
