He may have some good and bad things in him, but see him as an INDIAN public figure. when this country could salute foreigners with highest civilian awards, first take on those non-indian citizens (citizenship appears to be available on a cost). Think of someone who had projected India's poverty as her tool to claim a grand honour, how did bachan fail. Never. He pays (some) tax to the government. He must be paying his HOUSE TAX to the maharashtra government. he must be paying STAMP duty to the Maharashtra government while purchasing property. he must be giving the Road Tax to Maharashtra Government regularly for his vehicles. He must have paid school & college fees to his children and if the school had paid some tax, it is for Maharashtra Government. So before assuming some anit human protest, the opposing leaders must think all such things. moreover mr.bachan is learnt to have offered huge donations to hospitals (may be to save tax or may be his personal conscience to help the needy). bachhan may not be a prophet, but a human being worth adoration. as regards to Rajini, he had voiced for the wrong people's wrong acts. he did not support any state.
