GuruDutt is phenominal Director, outstanding actor, but always Raj Kapoor is over rated consider better than him. I dont know why. Where his work was original and more close to Indian emotions, while Raj Kapoor films mostly inspired by hollywood and Raj Kapoor always tried to act like Chalie Chaplin. No doubt Raj Kapoor was good in business and he knew how to make big hits ans sale movies.

I admit. It was also my question 100 times !!!!!!! In Bollywood(now should be changed in Mumbai to Mollywood)there r sooooooooooo many does not deserve what they got or achieved by only a business tactics/oiling(???every where) marketing policy or...anything else/called OVER RATED ! While those r really deserve by their quality/capability-always considered UNDER RATED here!!! WHAT to SAY- YEH INDIA hei bhai...yaha saab kuchh chal ta hei...ITS HAPPENS only in INDIA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO or DIE/maaro yaa maro//////
